How do I prepare for day 1?
No prep work is needed! On day one, we’ll start sorting, where we’ll need your input. Once that’s done, you can relax, while we handle the rest of the organizing process for you.
How long does the process take from start to finish?
The timeline for your project will depend on the size of the space/spaces in your home. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe during our initial consultation.
What is the cost?
$85.00 per hour

Moving from your family home to a retirement community can be stressful for you and your loved ones BUT it doesn’t have to be! Our team of expert organizers will help organize you from start to finish.
Sorting – We will assist you and your loved ones in sorting through your items, figuring out what to keep, donate, or recycle/toss this way when you move into a smaller space you will be ready to go having just the essentials of what you actually need to live your best life.
Organization – We organize your items PRIOR to packing boxes to make sure that each item is packed for the correct room. This is critical in making sure that every item shows up in the correct location in your new space. We measure your furniture and prepare a custom layout designed specifically for your new space.
Packing Services – Our talented team carefully packs your items ensuring every piece is securely packed for the move. Fragile and valuable items are clearly marked for safe transport.
Unpacking and Sorting – Our team unpacks and sorts every item for each room before putting anything away. This gives you a chance to make decisions about what items still fit into your lifestyle and which ones may no longer be needed in your new space.
Pre-Sale Home Staging:
Staging your home can bring both about a 5-25% higher asking price as well as a faster sale. We can work with you if you need to live in the home while it is being actively listed and available for showings using your furniture, artwork, and décor. A prospective buyer is able to see the full view of each room which can be the difference in choosing your home over another. When a move date is secured, we return to finish packing your home while you get ready to move into your new home.
Packing of All Personal Items – An important aspect of staging a home for photos and videos for listing is the removal of most of those personal items, such as family photos, religious items, and special artwork. We carefully pack these items away for your transition.
Sorting – We’ll collaborate with you to determine the items that you need in your home during this time. Once the sorting is accomplished, we’ll organize your remaining items to maximize the potential of each
Organizing – As part of the staging process, we can incorporate organization items that will be used in your new home which would sometimes include slimline hangers, drawer dividers, and pantry options. Sample your new organized lifestyle that you can enjoy once we move you completely into your new home!
